Vladimir Mogilevsky is an Official Artist of Steinway & Sons, a prizewinner and winner of numerous international festivals and competitions.
In 1992, Vladimir Mogilevsky was awarded second prize and the International Prize for the best interpretation of a Beethoven Sonata in Portugal.
In 1998 he was awarded the Grand Prix for the best duo recital with Vadim Repin at the oldest festival in Ohrid, Macedonia.
In December 2004, Vladimir Mogilevsky was awarded the International Music Prize 'For Great Achievements in the Field of Music' in Berlin. The pianist has made his debut in almost all European countries, in Israel. Israel, China, Mexico, South Africa and Turkey. He performs regularly in all the major concert halls in Germany (over 100 concerts in the Berlin Philharmonie and Konzerthaus alone).
Vladimir Mogilevsky has performed works by W. A. Mozart, L. c. Beethoven and F. Liszt on original historical keyboard instruments. Beethoven and Liszt, and has also made recordings. In addition to his concert activities, he gives master classes throughout the world and is a member of the jury at various international competitions.
Vladimir Mogilevsky loves jazz, composing and improvising. Even the legendary Oscar Peterson, whom Vladimir Mogilevsky had the honour of meeting and to whom he dedicated several of his works, appreciated his music and included it in his archive at the Canadian National Library in 1997.
